Position Overview:

We are seeking reliable and energetic individuals to join our finishing line team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, supporting the production and finishing of building materials such as interior doors and exterior siding. If you enjoy staying active and working with a team to move product efficiently, this is a great opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload materials onto finishing lines

Handle products such as interior doors and exterior siding

Perform hand sanding and use DA (dual action) sanders as needed

Assist with preparation and finishing processes

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical work environment

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Previous finishing or coatings experience is a plus, but not required

Willingness to learn, take direction, and work efficiently with the team
