PAY & INCENTIVES

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect, package, and label finished products.

• Bundle, wrap, stack, and assemble materials.

• Operate side-wrappers and pallet jacks.

• Assist with production and quality inspections.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow safety and production guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.

• Basic math and counting skills.

• Ability to read and use measuring tools.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the shift.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT ASSESSMENTS

Candidates are required to successfully complete the following assessment:

• Tape Measurement Assessment: Demonstrate the ability to read a tape measure and accurately identify measurements.

• Basic measurement and attention-to-detail skills will be evaluated.
