Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you could assist in various stages of the production process, including machine operation, assembly and inspection. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing quality products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with operating production equipment and machinery
• Assemble products or components according to instructions
• Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Meet daily productivity goals
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
