Job Description

We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our MKE team and play an important role in supporting daily production and operations.

This is a great opportunity for an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and helping a production operation run efficiently.

The Production Assistant will work closely with the Operations Manager and production team to support production tracking, inventory management, equipment and repair coordination, waste monitoring, and process improvement.

What You'll Do

• Assist with daily production and operational activities.

• Track production and operations information in QT9.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with material reordering.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and identify shortages or discrepancies.

• Monitor and track production waste and help identify opportunities to reduce waste.

• Assist with equipment, repairs, maintenance, tolls, and other operational needs.

• Follow up on equipment and facility issues to help ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain accurate production and operations records.

• Support the Operations Manager with daily priorities and special projects.

• Utilize Power Apps and other technology to improve tracking, reporting, and workflow.

• Communicate with Production, Operations, Inventory, and other departments to keep activities moving.

• Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and productivity.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, production, inventory, warehouse, or operations is preferred.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Experience with QT9 and/or Power Apps is a plus.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through.

• Dependable, proactive, and willing to take ownership.

• Team-oriented attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.

Schedule & Compensation

• **Monday–Friday

• **6:30 AM–3:30 PM
