 What you will be responsible for: 


As a Production Assembly team member, you will use a variety of tools including pneumatic, electric, and hand tools to build motor assemblies by following detailed work instructions and standard procedures. Full training will be provided to ensure your success.


The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn. You should be motivated to produce quality work, open to taking on challenges, and able to communicate effectively. We are looking for team players who are flexible, collaborative, and enthusiastic about contributing to continuous improvement.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test servo motors and gear head products
  • Follow detailed manufacturing and test procedures
  • Work within an assigned assembly cell to maintain production flow
  • Maintain product traceability throughout the assembly process
  • Operate hand tools, measuring instruments, machine tools, and fixtures
  • Read and interpret schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Safely operate hoists throughout the workday (training provided)

Education:


High school diploma or equivalent


Experience:

  • Mechanical and/or electronic assembly experience preferred
  • Soldering experience is a plus


Knowledge/Skills:

  • Problem solving skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Fine motor skills and manual dexterity
  • Ability to perform basic math and interpret measurement tools
  • Able to work with a variety of different hand tools 
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment and wear required PPE.
  • Capable of standing for the duration of a full shift and lifting up to 25 lbs. repeatedly
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime as required

Salary Description:

$18 - $20 per hour DOQ


We are committed to providing pay ranges for all open positions. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations. The listed pay range is provided in good faith and is subject to adjustments in accordance with company policies and market conditions.


This position is eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus program based on company performance goals. Bonus payouts are not guaranteed and are determined at the company's discretion.
