About the Role:

Production Assembly position 2nd shift  Shawano, WI (four 10-hour shifts, Monday - Thursday) plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by assembling components and products according to established specifications and quality standards. This role ensures that production targets are met efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The individual will collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot minor issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to prevent defects and ensure product reliability. Ultimately, this position contributes directly to the company’s ability to deliver high-quality products to customers on time.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic assembly instructions and blueprints.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and quality control procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Flexibility to work overtime or additional shifts as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble parts and components accurately following detailed instructions and blueprints.
  • Operate hand tools and basic machinery safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation to comply with safety and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and support process improvements.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and participate in safety training sessions.
  • Document production activities and complete required paperwork accurately and timely.
