Production Assembly

Pay: $15–$18/hour DOE

Location: Shreveport, LA

Schedule: Full-Time, Day and night shifts available

Position Overview:

We are seeking a mechanically inclined Production Assembly worker to assemble products and components according to established specifications and procedures. The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to work with tools and equipment in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products and components according to specifications and instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment as required.
• Read and accurately use a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow established production and safety procedures.
• Perform other assembly and production duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with tools and equipment are required.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and accurately read a tape measure is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
