Responsibilities

• Assemble metal panels and building components according to work orders and specifications.
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructions.
• Measure, cut, and fit materials using hand tools and power tools.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Package completed products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report quality or equipment concerns to supervisors.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, construction, or production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
