Production Associate – 1st & 2nd Shift (Carey, OH)

Pay: $16.85/hr - $17.60/hr| Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM OR 2:00 PM-10:00 PM (OT as needed)

Acloche is hiring motivated Production Associates for immediate openings in Carey, Ohio. If you enjoy hands‐on work in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment and want a long‐term opportunity with room to grow, this role is an excellent fit. These are temp‐to‐hire positions offering stability, training, and weekly pay.

What You’ll Do

• Operate 500–1500T injection molding equipment
• Start up, shut down, and monitor machinery
• Assist with workflow setup to ensure efficient production
• Perform end‐of‐line testing using gauges and measurement tools
• Load and unload materials from machines, carts, and dollies
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality specifications
• Mark and track parts for identification
• Support machine changeovers
• Record production and quality data
• Follow written instructions and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe work area
• Perform basic preventive maintenance
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals
• Support EHS initiatives and other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable taking direction and working in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
