  • Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to cut, strip, crimp, solder, and secure wires and connectors with precision.
  • Verify electrical connections using testing devices such as ohmmeters and multimeters to ensure proper functionality.
  • Follow IPC 610 standards for electronic assembly and surface mount technology (SMT) processes to maintain quality compliance.
  • Inspect completed assemblies for mechanical integrity, electrical performance, and adherence to schematics using calipers and other measurement tools.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while documenting assembly processes and quality checks accurately.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret schematics involving PCB (Printed Circuit Boards), programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and electrical wiring diagrams.

Experience

  • Prior experience in manufacturing or electronic assembly is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with soldering techniques, including surface mount technology (SMT).
  • Knowledge of electrical wiring, schematics interpretation, and PCB assembly processes.
  • Familiarity with mechanical knowledge related to machining, use of hand tools, power tools, calipers, and ohmmeters.
  • Understanding of IPC 610 standards for electronic component assembly is a plus.
  • Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) or similar automation components is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions and technical documentation. Join us in building reliable cable assemblies that power cutting-edge technology! We are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive environment where your skills grow alongside exciting industry advancements. All positions are paid roles that offer valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
