Regal Staffing Services is currently hiring Production Assembler Associates for a manufacturing company in Lake Worth, TX.

Shift & Pay:

1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble industrial fans according to specifications and quality standards
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
• Operate small cranes to move large components
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous mechanical assembly experience preferred
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Stable work history (resume required)

Work Environment:

• "Non-climate-controlled" facility (but uses cooling technology)
• Fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Repetitive tasks and machinery operation
• Steel-toed shoes required
