Assembler (Multiple Openings)
Shift Options:
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (OT available until 1:00 AM)
Training: All new hires complete approximately 4–5 weeks of training on 1st shift.
Pay: $17.50–$19.20/hour

We are hiring for multiple positions, including standard assembly, clean room assembly, and future production openings.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products
- Read blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation
- Use hand tools, measuring instruments, and assembly equipment
- Perform quality inspections and testing
- Complete production and inspection documentation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Follow quality, ISO, and safety procedures
Qualifications
Required:
- Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
- Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
Preferred:
- Mechanical, electronics, or medical device assembly experience
- Precision manufacturing or metal fabrication experience
- Clean room experience
- Welding or polishing experience
- Quality inspection and testing experience
