Job Overview:

Applied Composites (AC) is seeking a Production Administrator responsible for the entry of Sales Orders, job packets, job set-up, floor travelers, job closing, scanning and filing of documentation, and other reports associated with manufacturing goods for customer orders.

Job Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for entering and management of all Sales Orders in the ERP system.
  • Printing job travelers from the ERP system.
  • Filing and scanning of project folders.
  • Responsible for the input of job data utilizing the ERP system.
  • Printing job travelers from the ERP system.
  • Modifying job data and travelers within the ERP system for any changed or modified order.
  • Closing jobs in the ERP system after production has been completed.
  • Appropriate document and record controls are used on all job packets.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications:
 
 Education:  
A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations
Years Experience:  0-2 years of relevant experience
 Skills:

    • Knowledge and experience with MS Excel
    • Understanding or experience in working with ERP/MRP systems for production environment preferred
    • Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and others as necessary
    • Ability to read and follow detailed instructions
    • Ability to work alone with minimum supervision and with others in a team environment
