Job Description

What You'll Do

• Measure and weigh ingredients according to formula specifications.
• Mix paints, stains, and coatings to established color standards.
• Verify color matches and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow quality, safety, and production procedures.
• Cross-train in other production departments and assist as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. [FWK - Production | Word]

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with paint, stain, or color matching is a plus.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read and follow formulas, instructions, and production documents.
• Ability to work independently and stay focused on quality and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. [FWK - Production | Word]

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout the shift.
• Regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements. [FWK - Production | Word]
