Product, Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of the product life cycle: strategy, roadmap, development, launch, pricing, and profitability
  • Lead new product development from market need definition (VOC) through mass production
  • Work closely with customers, utilities, distributors, and application engineers to understand real‑world applications
  • Conduct market, competitive, and pricing analysis to strengthen market position
  • Define value propositions, technical‑commercial messaging, and support sales and marketing activities
  • Own product documentation and marketing assets (catalogs, price lists, technical sales materials)
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration with R&D, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain
  • Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and innovation initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of Product Management experience in engineering‑driven, market‑facing industries such as:
    Infrastructure, Water, Energy, Industrial Equipment, HVAC, Construction, or similar sectors
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Proven experience working at the intersection of engineering, marketing, and customers
  • Strong connection to the market: customer engagement, VOC, pricing, and competitive analysis
  • Ability to take full ownership, prioritize effectively, and drive complex initiatives to completion

Strong Advantages

  • Experience in the water industry, utilities, or municipal infrastructure
  • Project management certification (PMP / PMI / IPMA)
  • Experience in a global and regulated environment
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
