This role in summary

If you have a passion for consumers, technology, and solving real-world problems, we have the perfect role. We are making the everyday acts of care in laundry easier, faster, and better with the latest technology in connected products, content, and mobile apps.

We are seeking a talented individual to define and execute against a giant vision. You will work among awesome engineers, designers, and developers in an agile environment.

The role demands consumer obsession, principled thinking, well-honed product judgment, a stubborn refusal to settle, and a mentality of starting with the user experience and working backward.

Location: Remote in U.S

Your responsibilities will include

  • Assist in continuous product improvement by ideating and defining user stories and product requirements to guide both design and development
  • Deeply understand the consumer, monitor feedback, identify product gaps, generate ideas that improve the user experience, increase adoption and create new revenue streams
  • Support the launch process and Go-to-Market strategy for digital products collaborating with cross-functional teams including brand & category management, shopper insights, sales training, among others
  • Collaborate with brand managers, UX/UX, and product teams to create consistent support documentation (training materials, knowledge bases, etc.)
  • Leverage data and technology to make informed decisions and power personalized ownership experiences for our consumers

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of product management or product marketing experience

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science
  • Experience in the tech/IoT, mobile apps, consumer products, retail, or related industries
  • Experience influencing elements of the product development lifecycle such as product vision, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements, product launch, and design discussions.
  • Experience with product marketing that contributes to adoption and market momentum
  • Ability to manage complex business problems and work with ambiguity/change management.
  • Understanding of and/or hands-on experience working in Agile environment, supporting app/software development
  • Experience partnering with diverse cross-functional teams
  • Consumer-centric mindset
  • Passionate about emerging technologies and smart homes
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate data sources, articulate hypotheses, and synthesize findings into business implications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, with experience in Google Slides and Google Sheets
  • Highly organized and resourceful
  • Strong sense of urgency and bias for action
  • CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) Certification
