The Product Manager is responsible for maximizing the value of products they own by leading DTN teams to execute applicable product life cycle phases to deliver on the product's strategy.
Successful candidates will collaborate with a team of software engineering, data science, operations, and commercial leaders to generate/maintain detailed requirements to ensure the product meets evolving client and industry needs.

Essential Job Functions:
Seek out and synthesize information from external (customers, competitors, etc.), internal qualitative (Sales, Industry Principals, Customer Experience, etc.) and quantitative (product telemetry, support cases, etc.) as input to the product backlog.
Partner an agile development team to manage the enhancement backlog, prioritize enhancements, value vs. complexity tradeoffs, and cross-functional dependencies/risks.
Collaborate with agile team to decompose features/epics into user stories with appropriate acceptance criteria defined and documented; review and validate test cases against acceptance criteria
Actively participate in retrospectives, defect management, and agile team release planning sessions
Work closely with key stakeholders, including data science, product marketing, customer success, sales, operations and more to plan, build, and deploy products and enhancements
Assist with business case development, including performing industry research and competitive analysis, understands and considers the financial/budgetary perspective when making decisions
Bachelor's degree or equivalent course work in business, marketing, or related field.
2-5 years of experience with B2B or B2C SaaS products is required
2-5 years of experience as an Agile Product Owner or as part of an Agile product team is required
Demonstrated ability to design, build, deploy, and maintain products
Experience gathering client problems/needs and capturing/documenting business requirements (Features/Epics and User Stories) and specifications clearly and concisely
Ability to synthesize and communicate complex information in simple terminology. Experience communicating complex information between business/client-facing teams and technical teams.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including the ability to exert influence across cross-functional teams in a highly-matrixed environment without formal authority.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, both verbal and written.
Strong analytical aptitude and a demonstrated history of using data and insights to guide product decisions.
Familiarity with basic financial concepts and financial planning/budgeting experience.
Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and/or evaluation of business processes
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of SaaS technologies, data structures and database technologies
Experience working with User Experience (UX) and UI team in designing products to deliver value to customers
