This role will partner early with Product Management to assess market fit and engage in product development to ensure a strong foundation for go-to-market efforts.

In this cross-functional role, you’ll collaborate with Product Management, Clinical, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate product capabilities into clear, compelling value for our audience. Our buyers include clinicians, informaticists, and quality leaders—so your messaging must connect clinical relevance with operational outcomes. You’ll also lead product launches, develop sales enablement resources, and help ensure our solutions are well-positioned in a competitive healthcare IT landscape.

What You’ll Do

· Engage early in the product lifecycle to understand product intent, validate market fit, and inform positioning from inception.

· Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions based on user needs, market analysis, and competitive landscape.

· Lead product launch planning and execution, coordinating with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, and Client Services teams.

· Develop and optimize sales enablement tools and training resources to ensure message alignment, field readiness, and effective product education.

· Create and execute solution-specific marketing plans across digital, event, and channel programs.

· Track and report on key KPIs (e.g., engagement, conversion, adoption) to measure the impact of positioning, campaigns, and sales tools.

· Collaborate with Marketing on campaign strategy and tactical execution to drive measurable results.

· Help build and maintain case studies, client success stories, and thought leadership content.

· Partner with Sales to refine messaging based on win/loss analysis, buyer feedback, and real-world objections.

· Support outbound marketing activities including webinars, events, emails, and digital promotions.

What We’re Looking For

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a healthcare-related field (MBA a plus).

· 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in healthcare IT or software.

· Proven track record of launching and supporting B2B software or SaaS products.

· Exceptional storyteller with the ability to translate technical and clinical concepts into clear, compelling messaging.

· Proficient in Salesforce and marketing automation tools; familiar with product marketing frameworks.

· Highly driven self-starter with excellent collaboration, prioritization, and project management skills.

· Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
