World Emblem is hiring a Product Marketer to own product definition, positioning, and commercialization clarity across our portfolio, including World Emblem, Hero’s Pride, and Custom Genie. This role exists to answer one core question for the business: “What exactly are we selling, to whom, and how should it be sold?” This is not a Product Manager role. This role does not own product development, inventory, pricing execution, or campaign delivery. This role defines the product story and commercial structure — other teams execute.
Define and maintain clear product positioning and value propositions across World Emblem’s product portfolio.
Own product definition and commercial clarity for stock, custom, test, and end-of-life products.
Partner with Sales, Revenue Marketing, Operations, and Channel teams to ensure products are clearly understood and correctly sold.
Develop product messaging, use cases, and target customer segmentation by product family.
Establish and maintain pricing and packaging frameworks, including bundles and good / better / best structures.
Drive catalog structure and SKU discipline, including classification and rationalization in partnership with Operations.
Create sales enablement inputs such as product one-pagers, FAQs, competitive positioning, and objection-handling guidance.
Define product launch messaging and internal readiness materials to support successful launches.
Ensure channel readiness by aligning product offerings to appropriate sales channels (B2B, ecommerce, marketplaces).
Monitor products mix health and identify opportunities to reduce complexity and one-off custom requests.
Maintain product clarity within internal systems and tools, including Business Central and HubSpot (as consumers of data).
Gather feedback from Sales and cross-functional partners to continuously improve product clarity and adoption-
6–10 years of experience in Product Marketing.
Proven experience supporting manufacturing or complex product environments.
Experience working in multi-channel businesses, including B2B, ecommerce, and/or marketplace channels.
Demonstrated ability to manage and simplify SKU-heavy product catalogs (1,000+ SKUs preferred).
Strong understanding of product positioning, pricing logic, and commercial packaging.
Ability to translate complex products into clear, structured messaging for Sales and internal teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to enforce structure and discipline.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Experience using CRM and ERP systems (e.g., HubSpot, Business Central or similar).

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
Master’s degree (MBA or similar) is a plus but not required.

Prior experience in manufacturing, apparel, accessories, or custom product industries strongly preferred.
Experience supporting SKU-dense, multi-brand product portfolios is highly desirable.
