Summary: The Product Manager – eCommerce Software Solutions is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and continuous evolution of the company’s ecommerce platforms that serve multiple brands across diverse customer segments. This role acts as the product owner for customer-facing online shopping experiences and underlying ecommerce functionality, driving cross-functional alignment and leveraging onshore and offshore teams to execute efficiently in a fully remote environment. This individual will blend strategic thinking with customer-centric execution—incorporating feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to ensure ecommerce experiences remain competitive, performant, and deeply aligned with business goals.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, eight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs.
Salary Range: $115,000 To 130,000 Annually
Compensation commensurate with experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Serve as the end-to-end owner of the eCommerce software platform, with full accountability for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Translate business goals and customer needs into a clear and actionable product roadmap.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic value, ROI, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market trend assessments to inform product decisions.
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to gather insights and ensure direct user feedback informs decision-making.
- Facilitate collaboration between engineering (onshore/offshore), UX, marketing, and sales to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Define key success metrics (KPIs) for product features and monitor product performance to inform future development and ensure ongoing alignment with business objectives.
- Communicate effectively across stakeholders, ensuring alignment, setting expectations, and managing competing priorities.
- Maintain detailed documentation of features, roadmaps, release notes, and known issues.
- Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc. as needed
- Adhere to all safety policies and protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Attend all department/company meetings, as requested

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, AND/OR EXPERIENCES:
- Three (3) – seven (7) years of experience in eCommerce product management, preferably in a B2B or wholesale/print environment.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Tech, or a related field
