Position Summary 

Allura USA is seeking a Product Installation Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region. Reporting to the Director of Field Services, this role provides hands-on installation training and technical support for fiber cement products to sales teams, distributors, dealers, builders, contractors, and design professionals. The specialist also conducts field audits and warranty inspections, helping customers use Allura products correctly and identifying opportunities to improve installation practices.

 What You Will Do

•  Deliver classroom and jobsite training on Allura product installation, best practices, and technical guidelines for a range of audiences.

•  Support sales teams and channel partners with product questions, construction plan reviews, field evaluations, and installation recommendations.

•  Conduct builder and installer site audits, assess product usage and program compliance, and communicate findings through clear reports.

•  Inspect potential warranty claims, document findings, and coordinate with Field Services and Sales on resolution.

•  Review blueprints and specifications; assess product quantities, competitive materials, and installed cost comparisons.

•  Monitor emerging cladding products, installation methods, wall assemblies, tools, and safety practices; share relevant insights with the team.

What You Will Bring

•  At least five years of experience with siding or exterior cladding products and a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

•  Ability to read architectural and structural drawings, understand installation requirements, and communicate technical information clearly.

•  Confidence presenting to groups and providing practical coaching in classroom and field settings.

•  Strong judgment, organization, written reporting, and Microsoft Office skills.

•  Ability to travel up to 75% and work safely on active jobsites, including climbing ladders or lifts up to 100 feet, using standard carpentry tools and fall protection equipment, and lifting up to 100 pounds.

•  OSHA 10-hour safety card, First Aid/CPR training, or French or Spanish proficiency is a plus.
