We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead the design, development, validation, and launch of innovative products from concept through production. Perform engineering analysis including:
Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
Tolerance Stack Analysis
Thermal and Stress Analysis
Design of Experiments (DOE)
Root Cause Analysis
Lead prototype builds, testing, validation, and product improvements.
Support manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams during product launches.
Manage multiple engineering projects from concept through production.
Develop project schedules, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.

Strong proficiency with SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD software.
Experience with engineering analysis tools including FEA and tolerance analysis.
Experience with structured New Product Development (NPD) processes.
Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with valves, fluid handling products, pressure systems, automotive components, or industrial equipment.
Experience with machined, cast, molded, and assembled products.
PMP certification or demonstrated project leadership experience.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems.
