Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (45-minute meal period)
Pay Rate: $25.00–$27.00 per hour
The Product Data Specialist provides data stewardship for product information across multiple systems. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Purchasing, Import/Export, Accounting, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely product data. The position plays a key role in maintaining data integrity, supporting new product launches, and streamlining product information workflows across the organization.
Maintain and apply detailed product knowledge through training and daily operations
Create, manage, and maintain accurate product attributes across multiple platforms
Ensure product data integrity and enforce data standards and procedures
Identify and drive continuous process improvements related to product data management
Execute new product introductions and process product data change requests
Collaborate cross-functionally to gather, validate, and maintain product information
Audit product data, pricing, and product data sheets for accuracy
Support internal system enhancements, testing, and implementation
Create Super Buy sheets and audit inventory availability for marketing and promotional use
Complete data entry in ERP systems, SharePoint, and new item quality control workflows
Identify products requiring photography and submit photo requests
Manage discontinued product notifications and distribute price update communications
Serve as point of contact for product-related inquiries from Sales, Customers, and Order teams
Support BOX.com requests related to product data
Provide administrative support as requested by management

Education & Experience
Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
