RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

Manage purchasing of spare part, Packaging Material, Office Supplies and other operational items e), and send the Purchase orders to our suppliers.
Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and develop new suppliers.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, finance, warehouse, production, sales, and China headquarters to ensure smooth procurement and logistics.
Tracking and updating the arrival time for the Purchase order.
Maintain purchasing records and material master data, and support urgent sourcing requests.

Qualifications:

Bilingual ability(English and Chinese) to support smooth communication with global suppliers and headquarters.
· Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of procurement, supply chain, or related experience.
Experience with ERP/SAP and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier management, and international logistics.
Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
