The Operations Proposal Group (OPG), specifically the Material Pricing Group, is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain professional to join the MCMS team. As a key team member, you will drive business outcomes and contribute to our organization's success.
We are looking for a self-driven professional with experience in data analysis, systems analysis, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be a versatile contributor, potentially serving in a dual role that requires a unique blend of leadership and execution skills, able to deliver results through technical expertise, collaboration, and project leadership.
As a Procurement Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Analyze and evaluate supplier pricing to determine the best cost basis
• Develop and prepare cost/price proposals in response to RFP requirements, ensuring compliance with government policies and regulations
• Conduct selection and price analysis to ensure best pricing and compliance with DFAR regulations
• Collaborate with teams to drive innovation and produce successful proposals, aligning supplier partnerships with business strategies

Required Skills and Education
- Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience
- Strong supply chain and procurement knowledge
- Technical skills in Selection Analysis, Price Analysis, and MCMS
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and writing skills
- Results-driven, collaborative, adaptable, innovative, and customer-focused behavior
- Pursuant to a specific U.S. Government contract, selected individual must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Preferred Skills and Education
- Procurement and supplier management expertise
- Experience with Oracle, Exostar, MCMS and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems
- Familiarity with ITAR, FAR, and DFAR regulations
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results and drive positive change
