Responsibilities

Analyze purchasing data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Manage and maintain procurement records in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to negotiate contracts and terms.
Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure timely procurement of materials.
Prepare reports and presentations for management on purchasing performance and metrics.
Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures.
Support cross-functional teams in project initiatives related to procurement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong proficiency in SAP and other procurement software.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
