In this role, you will oversee the Pre-Weigh, Batching, and Kitting processes, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the Pre-Weigh, Batching, and Kitting teams to ensure adherence to production schedules.
Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the processing stages.
Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety protocols.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any operational issues.
Conduct regular equipment checks and coordinate maintenance as needed.
Document and report production metrics and any discrepancies to management.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or processing environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of Pre-Weigh, Batching, and Kitting processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in using production software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
