**Processing Supervisor

**Responsibilities:
**• Work closely with operations leadership to ensure production tasks, objectives, and operational goals are achieved
• Supervise, coach, evaluate, and train processing and production staff
• Review production schedules and estimate labor and workflow requirements to support timely completion of assignments
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and production instructions for manufacturing personnel
• Establish and adjust work procedures to meet production schedules and operational demands
• Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality
• Support operational efficiency initiatives and identify opportunities to reduce downtime and increase productivity
• Maintain accountability for inventory, tooling, and production materials through reporting and cycle counts
• Utilize labor and production reporting to improve workforce efficiency and reduce idle time
• Monitor processing activities to maximize material yield and minimize scrap or waste
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives throughout the processing and manufacturing operation
• Fill in operational gaps as needed to ensure production schedules and shipments remain on track
• Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with operational and quality procedures
• Maintain operational reports, production documentation, and departmental records
• Support quality systems and operational performance initiatives
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
**Required Experience:
**• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience within manufacturing, warehouse, processing, or industrial operations required
• Experience within industrial manufacturing, metal processing, or production environments preferred
• Strong leadership, employee development, and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and operational documentation
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and operational troubleshooting abilities
• Experience supporting production scheduling and workflow coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and operational efficiency
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively within a fast-paced production environment
• Microsoft Office proficiency including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with ACAD or similar drawing/nesting software preferred
