Flexcraft is growing—and we’re hiring experienced Process Technicians who know how to run molding equipment the right way.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Injection molding & blow molding machines
• Mold changes, startups, and process adjustments
• Auxiliary equipment (material handling, grinders, etc.)
• Quality measurement and process control

What You’ll Do

• Monitor machines and keep production running efficiently
• Perform mold changes, startups, and process adjustments
• Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and process issues
• Catch problems early and correct them before they escalate
• Work with Quality to verify product specs
• Complete documentation and maintain clean, organized work areas
• Support and mentor less experienced team members

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing (plastics strongly preferred)
• Ability to perform setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting independently
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
• Someone who takes ownership of their machines and output

• Machines run efficiently with minimal downtime
• Mold changes and startups are done right the first time
• Problems are identified early and corrected quickly
• Work areas remain clean, organized, and audit-ready
