As a Process Technician in the Wet Process Planar DRAM Group, you will work closely with the DRAM Wet Process team and assist PD engineers on managing process support logistics for innovative technology development. You will be primarily responsible for line maintenance and process support activities. You will have many opportunities to learn and grow while interacting closely with process module owners, troubleshooting process & hardware drift issues and participating in tactical meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • SPC Charts: Creation, changes & maintenance
  • GCPs for process conversions & SPC changes
  • PMI support activities
  • FD set up/maintenance
  • Verifying and monitoring R2R controllers
  • RPA addition & maintenance
  • HVM process transfer activities
  • Tactical meeting support
  • Redundancy qualification and management


What Sets you Apart:

  • Lot logistical knowledge, CT Line Management Experience (Lot Holds, Orion etc), SWR Fixing/solving skills and basic knowledge of GCP, LMS, QDR and PMI.
  • Knowledge of tools like Yield Cube, Excel, JMP, RDA (Klarity) and Metrology analysis


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in a manufacturing technician or engineering role, being very proficient in Micron business processes related to process development and line maintenance logistics (Preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate and collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and multifaceted environment, with the flexibility to work weekday off-hours and weekends as necessary

Education:

  • Two-year industry related associate degree; working towards a STEM related degree; or equivalent military training and experience
