Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Process Technician for our Injection Blow Molding team, who works the 2 pm to 11 pm shift at our state-of-the-art facility in Indianapolis, IN, 46268. As a Process Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our injection blow molding processes, contributing to producing high-quality products. Responsibilities

Set up and operate injection blow molding machines to meet production specifications.
Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime.
Document production data and maintain accurate records of machine performance.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
Train and mentor new team members on best practices and operational procedures.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent and a technical degree or certification in manufacturing are preferred.
Proven experience in injection blow molding or related manufacturing processes.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, as needed.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
