We are currently seeking an injection molding process technician who can establish and maintain the injection molding process in a fast-paced medical manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Complete the set-up and process of injection blow molding molds and programming injection blow molding machines. Ensures first article quality before releasing the machine to production and troubleshoots quality deviations on plastic parts produced (root cause analysis)
  • Working independently and maintaining process documentation to ensure that parts meet company and part print expectations. Documenting new and existing processes; Perform Validation DOE and establish new processing windows for plastic parts.
  • Provide technical communication to other process technicians, operators, and molding personnel. (Must possess own tools required on the technician tool list.)

The essential requirements for the job include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating injection blow molding equipment

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Operating Jomar Injection Blow Molding Machines

The hourly range for this role is $31 - $33 per hour. This is the range that we, in good faith, believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
