• Document process changes and maintain accurate records of production activities.
• Assist in the training and development of new team members on process protocols and safety procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plastic Injection Molding Process Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.
