What you can do for PSL
Mainly responsible for supporting metrology tools; responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Data integrity – Maintain a high standard for data accuracy without compromise
Fix measurement recipe issues as they occur (pattern rec, measurement location, profile).
Be responsive to out of control events by following established OCAPs.
1st Responder to automation errors (including adjusting Lot Status, Clearing Ports, etc.).
Support Engineering requests for wafer measurements.
Help testing new ideas and implement suggestions for improvement.
Support new equipment qualification.
Assist in the development of key technologies.
Contribute to projects that drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and cost.

Requires
Working knowledge of SPC and statistics.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must as this role will require in depth cooperation with multiple functions and manufacturing sections.
Skills in technical writing, computers, problem solving, and organization.

Experience handling multiple high priority projects and tasks.
Knowledge of semiconductor processing techniques, especially within the Defect-Metrology Area.
Experience with Microsoft Suite applications like Excel, Outlook, and Word.
