Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Process Technician or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment with a focus on plastics.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
