Now Hiring: Process Technician – Upper Sandusky, OH

Acloché is currently seeking experienced Process Technicians for an immediate temp-to-hire opportunity in Upper Sandusky, Ohio. If you have injection molding experience and are looking to grow your career with a great company, we want to hear from you!

Pay

💰 $24.51 – $27.66 per hour

Schedule

🕒 2nd Shift

• Monday – Friday
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Set up injection molding machines according to process specifications
• Minimize scrap and downtime
• Install molds and perform mold changeovers
• Start up, shut down, and operate injection molding equipment
• Support operator training and development
• Provide shift-to-shift communication regarding production status and technical issues
• Participate in special projects
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures

Qualifications

✅ High School Diploma or GED required

✅ Minimum 2 years of injection molding experience preferred

✅ Knowledge of:

• Plastics technology
• Material delivery systems
• Temperature control units, grinders, dryers, and hot runners
• Hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission systems
• Mold design
• Computer programs and applications
• Material handling equipment
