Seeking a process engineering technician to work closely with process, project and tooling engineering along with production to coordinate activities connected with technical developments, scheduling and resolving design and test problems, or to implement new product launches on the production floor.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Work closely with Process/Project Engineering, Tool Engineering and Production to launch & maintain the new frame rail project into production. Investigate and develop technical countermeasures related to any related ongoing product or process issues. Processes to include roll forming, induction heat treat, CNC punching, off set bending, powder coating, automated storage retrieval system & packaging.
Engage in hands-on process technical support on the production floor. Assists with new tool & process tryouts, analyzes tool design and specifications. Support operators with technical problem solving and recommending creative technical solutions. Perform a variety of duties such as conducting tests, reporting data, adjusting equipment, troubleshooting equipment, diagnosing and recommending actions from findings.

Schedule: This position will primarily work eight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs and will primarily be day-time hours but may occasionally work nights or weekends.
