Process Technicican (Paint Department)

2nd shift/$20-$22/FULL TIME

Greencastle, IN

Overview:

Aegis Worldwide is curently partnered with an automotive manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment and automated production systems safely and efficiently
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow
• Perform preventive maintenance, machine adjustments, and support continuous process improvements
• Train and assist production associates while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures
• Accurately record production, scrap, and rework data and support Lean Manufacturing initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and SQDCME

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; previous automotive or manufacturing experience preferred
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills with the ability to support production equipment and automated systems
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety procedures, quality standards, and continuous improvement practices
• Ability to complete production paperwork and perform basic computer/data entry tasks accurately
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
