Job Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Process Technician to join a growing medical device manufacturer in Clinton Township. If you enjoy optimizing injection molding processes, troubleshooting production issues, and improving efficiency, this could be an excellent long-term opportunity.

This company offers a clean, climate-controlled work environment, low turnover, and a consistent Monday through Friday third shift schedule.

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
  • Training conducted on first shift (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) for several weeks

What You'll Do

  • Monitor and optimize injection molding processes
  • Troubleshoot molding defects and process issues
  • Adjust processing parameters to maintain product quality
  • Support production by improving cycle times and minimizing scrap
  • Work closely with production and maintenance teams to maximize equipment performance
  • Maintain consistent product quality throughout production runs

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of Process Technician experience
  • Injection molding experience required
  • Experience troubleshooting molding processes
  • Strong understanding of molding parameters and process optimization
  • Ability to work independently on third shift
