Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plastic extrusion machinery to produce high-quality products.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal performance.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
• Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in plastic extrusion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in plastic extrusion processes.
• Strong understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
