Job Description
Looking for a detailed oriented hard-working team player to join the Product Introduction Facility (PIF) staff. You will be working in a high performance team environment, work includes fabricating test equipment; performing both mechanical assembly and electrical wiring including cable and harness construction. Expect to work on first time product builds using drawings and prints without work instruction. Work closely with process engineers and assist with the development of work instructions.
This position is on-site, on first shift, and on a 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off.

Required Skills and Education
H.S. Diploma or GED
Ability to read and work from schematics.
Familiar with using small shop tools such as drill press, punch press and similar fabrication tools.
Solder skills, ability to solder surface mount devices
Preferred Skills and Education
Comfortable working under a microscope.
Solder Certified to IPC-610.
Knowledge of using: crimp tools, DVM
Additional skills:
Rework certified, experience building test fixtures,
experience with a mill and lathe all a plus
Experience working in a fast paced collaborative environment.
Typical Education and Experience
Typically a High School Diploma and 1 year work experience or equivalent experience
