We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Mold Technician to join our dynamic team in Elyria, OH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our molding processes. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate molding machines according to specifications and production schedules.
• Monitor the molding process to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on molding equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and resolve issues.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records of machine performance.
• Assist in training new team members on molding processes and safety protocols.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Must be able to stand and walk throughout the shift, up to 12 hours at a time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Process Mold Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of molding processes and machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
