Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and drive change across various departments.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to track performance metrics and improvement outcomes.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate staff on new processes and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and make adjustments as necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process improvement, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Minitab, etc.).
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
