Job Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the engineering team’s activities to improve process efficiencies across services and equipment.
Plan and oversee business and systems process analysis, design, implementation, and operational management activities.
Analyze existing processes and procedures to identify areas for standardization and improvement.
Implement process enhancements to promote effective business operations and streamline workflows.
Conduct evaluations and experiments, collecting relevant data to support product and service development.
Document all experiments and procedures, ensuring accuracy and completeness in reporting.
Write detailed experience reports outlining experimental design, results, and conclusions.
Present findings to appropriate departments and management for review and feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate new product integration and process improvements.
Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
5 to 8 years of experience in process engineering or a similar role.
Strong understanding of process analysis, design, and implementation methodologies.
Proven experience in managing engineering teams and coordinating cross-functional projects.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for process analysis and data management.
