Job Title: Process Engineering Intern 

Hybrid Location: RSO in Mira Loma, CA 

Qualifications: 

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. 

• Knowledge of quality control systems and process improvement techniques. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics tools such as Excel. 

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Process Reviews: conduct thorough reviews of existing processes for efficiency.  

• Root Cause Analysis: identify a problem’s root cause and create actionable solutions.  

• Improvement Plans: develop plans for improvement and techniques for implementation. 

• Lean Manufacturing: implement lean manufacturing principles and/or 5S kaizen principles. 

• Data Analysis/Data Driven Problem Solving: analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 

• Cross-Functional Teams: lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. 

• Project Management: monitor progress towards goals and regularly update stakeholders on project status.
