Job Description

@HYVE Solutions, missions to help customers, business partners, and employees achieve success through shared goals, strategies, resources and technology solutions.

 Install and set up computers, monitors, printers, scanners, software, and other related equipment.
 Provide hands-on support for computer-related issues and requests.
 Perform troubleshooting, preventive, and general maintenance on computers and related equipment.
 Work with other computer service IT personnel to understand company regulations and requirements.
 Order tools and equipment needed to support computer-related equipment and peripherals.
 Assembling, issuing and maintaining tools and equipment used in production and test.
 Document equipment and tools issued, maintenance records, tooling logs and asset recording.
 Provide training for Production or Engineering personnel as needed.
