Hello,

We are hiring a Process Engneer Manger position as Direct HIre and pays $90k to 115K

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 8–12 process engineers and laboratory personnel.
• Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure products meet quality, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain process control plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and manufacturing documentation.
• Analyze manufacturing data and use statistical methods to improve yields, reduce defects, and increase productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Partner with production, quality, and operations teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Support new product introductions and process validation.
• Manage engineering priorities, projects, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Mentor and develop engineers while conducting performance reviews and career planning.

Typical qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering.
• Several years of manufacturing/process engineering experience, with prior leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing, plating, chemical processing, or similar high-volume manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control (SPC), FMEA, and root cause analysis.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
