What You’ll Do:

  • Engineer and refine extrusion blow molding, injection stretch blow molding, and injection molding processes to maximize efficiency and product quality.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate across departments to launch new products and improve existing lines.
  • Develop SOPs, conduct root cause analysis, and drive lean initiatives.
  • Be the go-to expert for extrusion blow molding technology and process optimization.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in extrusion blow molding.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Plastics, Manufacturing, or related).
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Six Sigma, SPC, or DOE.
  • A passion for innovation and a drive to improve every day.
