Process support and optimization for the production line and all associated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and help maintain the safety of the team.
• Maintain quality system- update SOPs, JSAs and process control plans.
• Analysis and optimization of the manufacturing process
• Reporting of key process metrics
• Completing value in use analysis
• Work with quality department on customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Strong self-starting abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects to ensure timeliness.
• Knowledge of industrial operations
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work both in a group and independently to achieve goals.
• Experience in the copper wire or foundry industries
• Knowledge of ISO standards
• Proven leadership skills
• Previous manufacturing experience
