Create detailed work instructions and operation sheets from customer blueprints
Design and develop fixtures, work holdings, and special tooling
Write, edit, and prove out CNC programs
Create PowerPoint presentations for customer approvals
Review customer-approved supplier lists and ensure specifications are current and accurate
Balloon prints and generate inspection forms
Support manufacturing processes from raw material through final shipment
Strong communication skills with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
3–5 years of Process Engineering experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Knowledge of manufacturing environments and machining processes
Experience with AutoCAD, Mastercam, Glovius, and Esprit
ERP system experience preferred (Global Shop a plus)
Must be a U.S. Citizen
